This dead tree is at the rocky summit of the Lost Mines Trail. This view looks over Juniper Canyon to the South Rim-area of the Chisos Mountians (on the horizon). You can see the peak of Elephant Tusk way off in the distance, and it's much lower in elevation than from where I was standing.
