This section contains photos taken by my wife, Tanya. This was her very first time to shoot nature
with a telephoto lens. I just handed her the camera and said, "here, have fun!". I think she did
remarkably well having no experience and receiving little guidance :-)

That's Tanya in the observation tower. She came down later and got close to the 'gator for more shots.
The guy with the tripod and camera is another photographer that was at the tower when we arrived. He
had been watching the alligator as it laid next to the trail, and he predicted that the 'gator would
cross the trail. Being our first time in BBSP, we didn't know what to expect. But sure enough, the
reptile eventually rose up and lumbered across the path (with a long break ON the path!).
